Graduated from the bachelor's and master's programs at the Azerbaijan State University of Economics (UNEC). Has worked in various media outlets since 1998. Headed the Press and International Relations Department of the Deposit Insurance Fund from 2017 to 2020. Since 2021, he has been leading Report News Agency. In 2015, he was awarded the Taraggi (Progress) Medal by the order of Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev. In 2025, he was awarded the Honored Journalist title by the order of President Ilham Aliyev.
