Prominent composer Vladimir Shainsky dies

Baku. 26 December. REPORT.AZ/ The Russian famous composer Vladimir Shainsky has died. 

Report informs, relatives of composer told TV channel Kultura. He was 92.

He composed a great number of music for cartoons and children’s movies. He composed songs Blue train and Let pedestrians hurry for cartoon about Crocodile Gena and Cheburashka, Smile for Little Raccoon, White boats, Together cheerfully to walk, Antoshka, in general over 40 movies.

His songs Soldier in the city on an unknown street, I'll get off at the distant station, Parental home, In two winters and even the introduction music of Club of the Funny and Inventive People (KVN) arose in 1980s were performed by Maya Kristalinskaya, Lyudmila Zykina, Anna German, Iosif Kobzon, Alla Pugacheva, Lev Leshenko and others.

Vladimir Shainsky was born on December 12, 1925 in Kyiv.
