Documentary "Journey to Mecca" shown in Baku

Baku. 9 April. REPORT.AZ/ A documentary film "Journey to Mecca", about the traveler Ibn Battuta, who lived in the 14th century, was shown in Baku.
Report informs, the film was shown at Landmark cinema within the framework of the Week of Francophonie in Baku.
First, the Moroccan ambassador in Azerbaijan Adil Embars and Professor Imamverdi Hamidov, spoke about the film and the life of Ibn Battuta.
At the end of the film, an exhibition dedicated to the Arab traveler was organized. Guests also tasted Moroccan sweets.
