Baku to host II International Architectural Award Competition

Baku. 7 October.REPORT.AZ/ II Baku International Architectural Award Competition will be held on October 7-9 in the capital of Azerbaijan under organization of Union of Architects of the Azerbaijan Republic and support of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism and International Union of Architects.

Report was told in the Ministry of Culture and Tourism.

Exhibition of the works presented in the framework of the competition will be demonstrated on October 7-8. Opening ceremony of the exhibition will be at 10.30 a.m. on October 8 at Museum Center.

Main purpose of the competition is to achieve maximum variety of ideas and projects for the purpose of finding new ideas for development and implementation of architecture, search for more meaningful urban planning, composition, capacity-spatial solutions in design of buildings and constructions and their practical realization in the future with support of International Union of Architects and Union of Architects of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
