Baku hosts Tango festival

Baku. 20 November. REPORT.AZ / The second tango Festival, organized with the support of the Embassy of Argentina in Azerbaijan, has ended in Baku.

Report informs that during three days – on November 17-18-19, the participants of the festival were able to observe first-hand how tango professionals perform complex movements of this dance.

Moreover, lessons on the basics of dance were given to those who wished. The apogee of the festival was the evening of "Milonga", when anyone could go to the floor and perform this dance under tango music performed by Azerbaijani young musicians.

Among the dancers was the chargé d'affaires of Argentina in Azerbaijan Eduardo Caballero.

Notably, besides local dancers, tango masters from Argentina, Turkey, Georgia were participants of the festival.
