According to specialists of the medical and tourism organization International SOS, the safest countries for tourists are the northern states - Iceland, Denmark, Norway, and Finland.

Report informs, lowest (insignificant) security risk countries include Switzerland, Luxembourg, Slovenia. Most of Europe, the UK, Canada, Australia, and the United States were included in the lowest ('low') medical risk countries.
