As Baku gears up to host the 29th session of the Conference of the Parties to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (COP29) next month, restaurants in the capital city are preparing special menus to cater to the diverse tastes of the international delegates.
Azada Huseynova, Deputy Chairman of the State Tourism Agency, revealed to journalists that training sessions have been initiated in collaboration with the National Culinary Center to ensure that visitors arriving in Azerbaijan for COP29 are treated to a wide array of culinary delights, including traditional Azerbaijani dishes, as well as vegan and vegetarian options.
