Azerbaijan to promote its tourism potential in Moscow

The 27th Moscow International Travel & Tourism Exhibition will be held March 17-19 at the Crocus Expo International Exhibition Center, the Russian bureau of Report says.

Azerbaijan will be represented by 25 companies that will inform about their tourism products and services. Information will also be provided on Azerbaijan’s tourism potential.

Moscow International Travel & Tourism Exhibition is a leading business venue where world market leaders meet, and new products on the eve of the tourist season are showcased.

The exhibition, which will cover an area of over 35,000 square meters, will be attended by representatives of more than 65 countries to present information about themselves, find new customers and partners, as well as learn about industry trends. Greece will act as a partner state.

On the first day of the exhibition, an event dedicated to the topic “Tourist Opportunities of the Greek Regions” will start, and a press conference will be held by the Greek Minister of Tourism Haris Theoharis.

This year, the Association of Turkish Travel Agencies (TURSAB) joined the exhibition participants.

The Day of Turkey - a series of business program events dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Russia and Turkey - will take place at the exhibition for the first time on March 18.
