Azerbaijan among most popular destinations for Russian tourists

The countries that Russian tourists want to visit this summer have been revealed, Report informs referring to the travel planning service OneTwoTrip.

More than 40% of those wishing to travel this summer are interested in flying abroad. Turkiye is the most popular travel destination with a search share of 20.8%. It is followed by Armenia - 9% and Azerbaijan - 7.7%.

In addition, the top 10 includes Uzbekistan (6.6%), Kyrgyzstan (5.3%), Kazakhstan (3.8%), Georgia (3.6%), Tajikistan (3.5%), Italy (2.7%) and Thailand (2.6%).
