Amendments have been made to the “Regulations on the calculation and issuance of payments for compulsory state social insurance and benefits to employees who have temporarily lost their ability to work, paid at the expense of the insured”.
According to Report, Prime Minister Ali Asadov signed a resolution in this regard.
According to the decision, the allowance for children born after December 31, 2020 will be assigned and issued automatically. And for children born before January 1, 2021, a one-time childbirth allowance will be issued by the insured upon application.
The resolution eliminated the uncertainty regarding the timing of the payment of benefits for temporary disability.
At the same time, it is specified that this period, in accordance with the note of Article 74 of the Labor Code, should not exceed one year.
When calculating the amount of the benefit, all income attracted to compulsory state social insurance is taken into account.
