President Ilham Aliyev signed a decree on amending the decree of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated April 15, 2019 "On the establishment of a presidential pension for persons caring for first-degree disabled people and children with disabilities under 18 years of age."
Report informs that the size of the presidential pension for persons caring for first-degree disabled people and children under 18 years of age with disabilities is increased from 50 manats to 80 manats.
The Cabinet of Ministers was instructed to resolve issues arising from this decree.
The decree will enter into force on January 1, 2022.
