BP is broadening its involvement in Azerbaijan beyond its core operations by supporting various social initiatives, Bakhtiyar Aslanbayli, BP's Vice President for the Caspian region, told journalists at the opening ceremony of the Simulation and Training Center at Yeni Klinika (News Clinic), Report informs.
Aslanbayli noted that the newly launched center expands the geography and impact of BP's social projects: "This project is our first in the medical field. It is the initial stage of a larger four‑phase program. We hope it will benefit doctors and other medical staff across the country by providing practical training and simulation exercises."
He added that the initiative will contribute to improving the quality of healthcare services in Azerbaijan.
