Azerbaijan plans to introduce flexible working hours models

Azerbaijan plans to develop flexible work schedule models based on international experience, reads the Action Plan for the Implementation of the Employment Strategy for 2026-2030, approved by President Ilham Aliyev, Report informs.

According to the plan, draft regulations on the application of flexible work schedule models should be prepared and submitted to the relevant authorities within the specified period.

The Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population has been tasked with implementing the program.
