Delegation of New Caledonia Congress visits Catholic Church in Baku

The delegation led by Chair of the New Caledonian Congress Committee on Infrastructure, Spatial Planning, Sustainable Development, Energy, Transport and Communications Naisseline Omayra has visited the Church of the Virgin Mary’s Immaculate Conception in Baku as part of a visit to Azerbaijan, Report informs.

The Apostolic Prefect of the Catholic Church in Azerbaijan, Bishop Vladimir Fekete, told the guests about the history of the creation of the church and gave them an introductory tour of the temple.

The delegation was informed that in the Church of the Virgin Mary’s Immaculate Conception in Baku, services are performed in three languages: Azerbaijani, English and Russian.
