Head of Caucasian Muslims Office to attend G20 Interfaith Forum in India

Chairman of the Caucasian Muslims Office Sheikh-ul-islam Allahshukur Pashazade will take part in the G20 Interfaith Forum in India, Report informs.

A forum on "Shaping World Peace and Sustainable Development through Interfaith Harmony" will be held in the Indian city of Pune from September 5 to 7.

Pashazade will speak at the plenary session of the forum on the opening day. In addition, on the sidelines of the forum, he will take part in various cultural programs, hold meetings with forum participants and officials.

Azerbaijan will also be represented at the G20 Interfaith Forum by Executive Director of the Baku International Multiculturalism Center Ravan Hasanov.

The G20 Interfaith Forum is organized ahead of the G20 summit, which will be held September 9-10 in New Delhi. Allahshukur Pashazade will take part in the forum at the invitation of President of the G20 Interfaith Forum Association Cole Durham.
