Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy signed a decree introducing state sanctions against Russian President Vladimir Putin and a number of Moscow's leading officials, including Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov and Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu, Report informs, citing Ukrainian media.
