Zelenskyy praises UK for expanding list of sanctions

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, in his nightly address, applauded the United Kingdom for targeting dozens more Russian individuals and organizations with sanctions, Report informs, citing Interfax-Ukraine.

"This is the right trend, and I am grateful to Britain for its unwavering firmness in sanctions matters," said Zelenskyy in his video address, urging the rest of the Western world to follow the UK's example and take a firmer stance against Moscow. "It is necessary to respond to terror - respond with sanctions," Zelensky concluded.
