President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy has signed a decree on the formation of a number of rural, township and city military administrations in the settlements of the Kherson region, which are currently captured by Russian troops, Report informs referring to Interfax-Ukraine.
The General Headquarters of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the Kherson Regional State Administration, in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On the Legal Regime of Martial Law” must carry out activities related to the formation of military administrations... The decree enters into force on the day of its publication, the text of the decree says.
