Every Russian missile is a blow not only to Ukraine, but to everyone in the world who aspires to a normal and safe life, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy wrote on his Telegram channel, Report informs.
The head of state held a meeting through videoconferencing regarding the massive missile attacks by Russian troops on the night of July 18–19.
He noted that two important decisions were made: "At the morning conference, I was informed about Russia's attacks on Odessa, Zhitomir, and other regions at night. Russian terrorists targeted the infrastructure of the "Grain Agreement" quite purposefully."
Zelenskyy ordered the military to strengthen the protection of people and port infrastructure, and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to increase pressure on Russia and strengthen relations with partners to continue the normal export of Ukrainian grain.
