Zelensky speaks in Italian parliament, calls for more pressure on Moscow

Italy should not be a resort area for Russian criminals, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said, speaking in the Italian parliament, Report informs, citing UNIAN.

"It is time to do everything possible to ensure peace. It is a war that Russia has been preparing for a long time. Kremlin needs this war to influence European politics, the Europeans' lives. The attack lasted 27 days, almost a month. Therefore, more sanctions are needed. Moscow needs to be put under more pressure so that it does not look for mercenaries in Libya or Syria," the Ukrainian leader said.

Zelensky also added that sanctions against the Kremlin should not be ruled out.
