Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov will hold a meeting with the ambassadors of the CIS member states on December 12, Russian Foreign Ministry's Spokesperson Maria Zakharova told a briefing on Thursday, Report informs via TASS.
"The traditional meeting of the Foreign Minister of Russia Sergey Lavrov with the ambassadors of the CIS member states will be held in Moscow on December 12," she said.
According to her, the Russian foreign minister will draw the conclusions of interaction with the Commonwealth countries in the outgoing year, voice the directions prioritized by Russia for the future.
"And, certainly, the ambassadors are informed about Russia's stance on a number of relevant international and regional topics," the diplomat added.
