Wildfire breaks out in Türkiye's Izmir

A strong wildfire has broken out in the Bayindir district of Izmir, Türkiye, Report informs, citing TRT Haber.

6 airplanes, 8 helicopters, 25 water tankers, 7 water supply vehicles and 5 bulldozers were involved in extinguishing the fire.

Fire extinguishing works are ongoing.
