Umerov to lead Ukrainian delegation in talks with Russia

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has ordered the formation of a delegation for negotiations with Russia.

Report informs via Ukrainian media that the Ukrainian delegation will be headed by Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council (NSDC) Rustem Umerov.

The delegation will include representatives of Ukrainian intelligence, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and the Office of the President.
