"If Russia wins in Ukraine, a third world war will begin," said Mykhaylo Podolyak, adviser to the head of the Presidential Administration of Ukraine, Report informs, citing UNIAN.
"Because Russia will want to prove that it has the world's second army. If Russia does not lose, Russian revanchism and Russian chauvinism will intensify. Russia will want revenge on us. Thus, the next world war will begin," he said.
According to Podolyak, Russia has accumulated enough resources in eastern Ukraine and risked everything: "They want to seize at least part of our territory. That's why fierce battles are ongoing."
