“The Russian troops are making attempts to seize Kharkiv,” Ukrainian Defense Ministry Spokesman Oleksandr Motuzyanyk told a presser, Report informs citing UNIAN.
"Russia's large-scale attacks are continuing. Their main efforts are aimed at capturing Kharkiv and besieging our fighting groups. Russia is continuing to use high-precision weapons to destroy Ukraine's important infrastructure," he added.
The report also said that Russian troops regrouped.
