"The risks of resumption of aggressive military operations remain," Ukrainian Deputy Defense Minister Anna Malyar said, Report informs, citing UNIAN.
"Russia's main target is eastern Ukraine. They want to control Kherson and Kharkiv regions. At the same time, risks remain in other parts of the country," she said.
Malyar stressed that the war is still going on, and threats remain: "Therefore, it is too early for citizens to return to war-torn cities, including Kyiv."
