Ukrainian Internal Affairs Ministry: Russian troops de facto control Enerhodar

Russian troops de facto control the city of Enerhodar in the north-western part of Zaporizhzhia Oblast of Ukraine, adviser to the Ukrainian Internal Affairs Minister Vadim Denisenko said, Report informs via UNIAN.

According to Denisenko, Energoatom (National Nuclear Energy Generating Company of Ukraine) continues the operational management of the Zaporizhzhia nuclear power plant.

According to the State Nuclear Regulatory Authority, there is no heating and hot water in Enerhodar due to damage to the heating infrastructure during the battles between the defenders of the Zaporizhzhia NPP and the Russian troops. Currently, repair work continues in the city.
