Ukraine reveals terms of a deal with Russia

Ukraine has announced the terms of an agreement with Russia, David Arakhamia (also known as David Braun), head of the ruling People's Servant Party parliamentary faction in the Verkhovna Rada, said after a meeting of the Ukrainian-Russian delegations in Istanbul, Report informs.

"If an international agreement is hammered out under any pressure, it is completely unreliable. For this to be valid, first of all, no Russian military should remain in Ukraine, they must leave our lands, full stop," he said.

David Arakhamia said that the Russian troops must abandon Ukraine.

“As long as the enemy troops are in our territory, we cannot sign any agreement. Because we all are signatories of the Vienna Convention. We have also informed the Russian delegation to this effect. In addition, over 3 million Ukrainian refugees must return to their country.”
