Some 3,818 peaceful residents were killed, and more than 4,000 were wounded as a result of Russia's military actions in Ukraine, the country's Prosecutor General, Iryna Venediktova, said, Report informs, citing local media.
"Today, based on the information provided by each regional prosecutor's office, we have 3,818 dead. Over 4,000 are injured," she said.
