Ukraine imposes curfew in Kharkiv

A curfew will be imposed in the Ukrainian city of Kharkiv from 4.00 pm (GMT +2) on February 28 to 06.00 am (GMT +2) on March 1, the chairman of the Kharkiv Regional State Administration Oleg Sinegubov said, Report informs with reference to UNIAN.

He addressed the residents of the region: “Go to a store and a pharmacy maximum of two people. It is recommended that you go with a woman. Go short distances. It is dangerous to go around the city of Kharkiv. Do not be afraid if you are stopped by fighters or police of the territorial defense forces, show your documents, go where you want to go.”

Sinegubov said that most likely sabotage groups will try to break through the line of defense of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, and artillery fire will be opened. According to him, Kharkiv region is completely under control.

“At night, we repulsed the enemy in the directions of Chuhuiv-Rohansk, Lipesko-Sirkunovsk, Dergachevsk and Belgorod,” he said.
