Turkiye's Kahramanmaras, Gaziantep and Adana airports shut down due to quakes

The Adana Airport in southeastern Turkiye suspended operation until further notice due to devastating earthquakes, Report informs via Turkish media.

Earlier, the Hatay Airport in the city of Antakya on the Mediterranean coast stopped operating due to the destruction of the runway. Some airports in the region operate only to serve aircraft with rescuers and relatives of the victims.

The Turkish airports of Kahramanmaras and Gaziantep also stopped serving civilian flights due to the earthquakes.
