Turkish, Ukrainian FMs mull recent developments in phone call

Turkish and Ukrainian Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu and Dmytro Kuleba have discussed the recent developments in a phone call, Report informs, citing Ukrainian media.

The rocket attack on Ukrainian capital Kyiv has left at least eight people dead and many more injured this morning.
