Turkish, Ukrainian defense ministers mull declaring truce

Turkish National Defense Minister Hulusi Akar and his Ukrainian counterpart Oleksiy Reznikov had a telephone conversation, Report informs citing the Turkish Ministry of National Defense that Akar emphasized the importance of declaring a ceasefire.

At the same time, he said that Turkey would continue to provide humanitarian assistance.
