Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan held a phone conversation with his Russian counterpart Sergey Lavrov, a Turkish diplomatic source told TASS, according to Report.

"Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan held a phone conversation with his Russian counterpart Sergey Lavrov on Saturday, November 23. The ministers discussed bilateral relations between the countries and regional issues," the message states.
