Russia’s war with Ukraine openly violates international law, Turkish Permanent Representative to the UN Feridun Sinirlioglu said, Report informs.
“The war in Ukraine is a war without a winner, it should not have started and should have ended immediately,” he said.
Sinirlioglu also stressed that innocent people suffer in Mariupol, especially women and children.
