Turkish Parliament Commission approves Sweden’s application to join NATO

The Foreign Affairs Commission of the Turkish Parliament has approved the ratification protocol for Sweden’s admission to NATO, Report informs referring to foreign media.

The decision was made at a meeting on December 26.

Now the document will be put to a vote by the General Assembly of Parliament. The date of voting on it is still unknown.
