Turkish Intelligence eliminates key PKK figure in Iraq

Türkiye’s National Intelligence Service (MIT) carried out an operation in the Sulaymaniyah region of Iraq.

Report informs, citing the Anadolu Agency, Gulistan Tekik, a leader of the PKK/KCK terrorist group, was killed during the operation.

Tekik was reportedly involved in propaganda and disinformation activities for the PKK, as well as spreading the group’s ideology.
