The Turkish Foreign Ministry welcomes the ceasefire agreement between Iran and Israel, according to a statement, Report informs.
As stated, Türkiye is also closely following statements about the violation of the ceasefire regime.
"We call on the parties to fully comply with the ceasefire in the critical period ahead. At a time when the Middle East needs peace and stability more than ever, steps must be taken resolutely towards a comprehensive and lasting peace."
According to the statement, Türkiye believes that keeping the channels of dialogue and diplomacy open is of vital importance:
"The process has once again shown that the Palestinian issue, which is at the root of many problems in the Middle East, must be resolved as soon as possible. Türkiye is ready to support all efforts and make constructive contributions to achieving peace in the region."
