Tokayev says Kazakhstan ready to establish contacts with Taliban on humanitarian issues

"Kazakhstan is ready to establish business and constructive contacts with the new Afghan government to resolve humanitarian issues," said President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev.

Report informs, citing TASS, that Tokayev hoped the Taliban would show a more moderate stance and be ready for talks.
