Strong earthquake jolts Uzbekistan

An earthquake of magnitude 5.0 has hit Uzbekistan, the seismological service of Kazakhstan’s Emergency Situations Ministry said, Report informs.

According to the ministry, the earthquake occurred at 03:57 local time (GMT+5). The epicenter was in the Bukhara region of Uzbekistan, and the source was at a depth of 15 km.

There were no reports of casualties or damage.
