Shoigu: Ukraine has launched its long-promised offensive in various directions of front

Although Ukraine tried to launch its long-promised offensive in different directions of the front during the last three days, it did not succeed in any direction and suffered significant losses, said the Minister of Defense of Russia Sergei Shoigu, Report informs, citing TASS.

On June 4, Ukraine lost 300 soldiers, 16 tanks, 26 armored fighting vehicles, and 14 vehicles.

According to Shoigu, the Ukrainian side attempted to attack in 7 directions with 5 brigades on June 5: "The attack was thwarted. The other side lost more than 1,600 military personnel, 28 tanks, including 8 Leopard and 3 AMX-10 wheeled tanks, 136 other military equipment, including 79 foreign military equipment."

He added that the Armed Forces of Ukraine lost 3,715 soldiers and 52 tanks in all directions during the last three days.
