Sergey Lavrov: Russia has not rejected talks with Ukraine

Russia has not rejected talks with Ukraine, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said, Report informs via TASS.

Lavrov blamed Western countries for the failure of negotiations.

“Everyone knows that all military operations end at the negotiating table. But it seems that the Western countries have forbidden Kyiv to negotiate with us after March,” he said.
