Russian, Turkish, Syrian FMs may meet in Moscow in January

The meeting of the foreign ministers of Russia, Turkiye and Syria may take place from January 14 to 16 in Moscow, Report informs referring to Hurriyet newspaper.

Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu, who is currently on an African trip, should return home on January 14.

“It is assumed that he may travel to Moscow between January 14 and 16, or Cavusoglu may visit Moscow after a trip to Washington, which will take place on January 17,” the newspaper notes.

According to the newspaper, the parties will discuss the situation in Syria, the fight against terrorist organizations, the return of refugees to Turkiye.

Earlier it was reported that the meeting of the foreign ministers might be held in the UAE.
