Russian troops have blown up an oil depot in the Ukrainian city of Sumy, the Sumy Oblast Governor Dmytro Zhyvytskyi said, Report informs via UNIAN.
“The enemy is advancing towards the city with all its equipment. There is a threat of street fights. It is advisable to stay at home and away from windows,” he said.
