Russian Prosecutor General's Office preparing to extradite Telman Ismayilov

The Russian Prosecutor General's Office has begun preparations for the extradition of Azerbaijani businessman Telman Ismayilov, Report informs via RIA Novosti.

The Russian side is going to send a request to relevant Montenegrin authorities for the extradition of Telman Ismayilov.

A criminal case has been initiated against the businessman in Russia.
