Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan will not participate in the CSTO summit in Astana on November 28, but Moscow expects that sooner or later Yerevan will resume its cooperation with the organization, Russian Presidential Aide Yury Ushakov said, Report informs.
"Armenia will not participate, but their representatives have informed in advance that they have no objections to the adoption of agreed documents at the summit. We do not question the right of Armenian partners to independently determine their course regarding the further work of the organization," he noted.
He also mentioned that Yerevan de jure remains a full member of the CSTO and retains all corresponding rights and obligations.
"The doors for Armenia's physical return to CSTO are open, and we hope that Armenian representatives will sooner or later resume their cooperation within this organization," Ushakov added.
