In Mariupol, Ukrainian defenders shot down a Russian plane, which had been shelling the city and surrounding villages on February 27, mayor of Mariupol city Vadym Boychenko said, Report informs referring to UNIAN.
"The Armed Forces of Ukraine, the National Guard and the Azov Regiment have destroyed an enemy plane of the Russian invaders, which fired four times on February 27 at the village of Sartana and the Left Bank District of Mariupol," the mayor noted.
