Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova has noted progress in contacts with Ukraine, Report informs, citing TASS.
"It is impossible to say what is positive and negative without explaining the essence of the talks. But the continuation of the discussions is itself a manifestation of progress," she said.
