Russian hackers reveal list of HIV-positive citizens to be drafted into Ukrainian military

The hacker group RaHDit, known as the "Evil Russian Hackers," has recently published a database on their website "НемеZида" containing the Ukrainian Ministry of Health's records of citizens who tested positive for HIV and are eligible for military conscription.

Report informs citing a representative of the hacker group that the purpose of disclosing the lists of infected individuals in Ukraine is to demonstrate the mobilization potential of this category.

The leaked data reveals that over 367,000 people are currently registered as HIV-positive in Ukraine.

Dmitry Lazutkin, an official representative of the Ukrainian Ministry of Defense, stated on a Ukrainian TV channel on November 14 that the authorities are prepared to mobilize HIV-infected individuals into the army.
