"We wanted to resolve the issue diplomatically until the end," Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov told a news conference after a trilateral meeting with the foreign ministers of Ukraine and Turkiye in Antalya.
"But we were told that Ukraine 'is ours, and we would do what we wished.' We want a friendly Ukraine. We want a Ukraine, where the Russian language and Russian culture are not banned. The West wants Ukraine to always act against Russia, against all what Russia is about," the Russian foreign minister said.
